“Let’s face it, given the stay-at-home order, a lot of us are tired of cooking, yet with Father’s Day coming up on the 21st, we need to step up our game,” says Chef Jen, a culinary superstar who has prepared a collection of easy “cook at home” recipes for Shea’s homeowners and friends.

“These recipes can be adapted for the grill, but this Father’s Day, we are presenting six recipes to be cooked on a cast iron pan on the stove top,” added Chef Jen, the owner and driving force behind Jenerations, a full-service, chef-driven event and culinary firm.
As part of the “Shea Saturdays” series, Chef Jen recently headlined a Facebook Live Cook-A-Long, broadcast from the gourmet kitchen at One Oak in the Olivenhain neighborhood of Encinitas, Calif. In addition to doing a live cooking demonstration of Lamb Lollipops and Garlic & Goat Cheese Mashed Potatoes, she shared her secrets for curating the perfect charcuterie tray, featuring cured meats, crackers, cheese, olives, fresh and dried fruits, olives, pickles and nuts.
Other amazing ideas that Chef Jen touched on to make Father’s Day 2020 special included no-knead fresh bread with homemade butter, and cookies composed of brown butter, rosemary and pine nuts. See below for all of Chef Jen’s “Cooking for Dad” recipes & tips:
